General Information:
Package delivery liability release Form. Tenant releases management from liability regarding any packages or deliveries accepted on behalf of tenant, while granting management the right/permission to accept deliveries. Without a release of liability, management may be held liable for the cost of merchandise lost or stolen. In addition, time sensitive materials can subject management to liability for financial loss. This form is a standard for all new tenants, residential and commercial. Have it signed during lease signing and include in tenant folder.
