A real estate power of attorney form grants a person, the agent, powers to represent the principal in a real estate transaction. The agent can act on financial decisions regarding real estate, including the power to bargain for, purchase, sell, convey, transfer, mortgage, maintain, or dispose of the real property described in the form. Any power can be added or deleted by editing. The power of attorney expires upon the conclusion of the transaction.
This real estate power of attorney form remains in effect until the date specified or revoked by the principal, whichever occurs first. All previous power of attorney documents relating to the real estate are immediately revoked or rescinded upon execution.
