receiving future mailings; see the choice/opt-out section below. Financial
information that is collected is used only to bill the user for products
and services. When a user purchases products from our site we
communicate via email to confirm order and correspond if there is a
problem receiving the product.
Information, including personally identifiable
information, collected on this site will not be shared, transferred or released
to any third party except, in limited circumstances, we may need to share your information with certain third parties such as our agents, service providers and other representatives acting on our behalf to perform services on our behalf such as providing chat functions, sending regular mail or email on our behalf, processing credit card payments, fulfilling our customers' orders, sending marketing communications, conducting research, analysis or administering surveys. When we share your information with other companies to help us provide our services to you, we will require them to comply with all applicable legal requirements regarding the privacy of your information. We reserve the right to disclose your personally identifiable information as required by law and when we
believe that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights and/or to comply with

can relate information about the user to the server. Usage of a
cookie is only linked personally identifiable information while on our
site to power our shopping cart. It enables us to track and maintain
your order through the checkout process. After checkout or closing your

highest quality service to our customers and merchants and is not tied to
personally identifiable information except as needed to prevent
fraud or abuse of the system.
Clear Gifs (Web Beacons/Web Bugs)
Our third party tracking utility partner employs a software technology called clear gifs (a.k.a. Clear gifs are tiny graphics with a unique identifier, similar in function to cookies, and are used to track the online movements of Web users. In contrast to cookies, which are stored on a user’s computer hard drive, clear gifs are embedded invisibly on Web pages and are about the size of the period at the end of this sentence. We do not tie the information gathered by clear gifs to our customers’ personally identifiable information.
