REDOWNLOAD PREVIOUS PURCHASES

NUPP Legal® sends you an email containing a copy of your receipt and a re-download URL, i.e., re-download web address, within minutes after your purchase (we suggest you save the email for future downloads).  Within the email, immediately after the sentence "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to..", you will find your re-download URL, i.e., re-download web address (the web address/location where you will find another copy of your receipt and download button. It starts with http://). 

  1. If it is a hyperlink (clickable link), just click it.  If you are using certain ISPs, such as AOL, it may not be a hyperlink.  If it is not a clickable link, simply copy and paste it into the address bar of your browser (start from http:// and copy the entire url. Note: it may span 2 lines).  You will be taken to a copy of your receipt.
  2. Scroll to the bottom of the page and enter your credit card number for verification purposes (you will not be recharged).  After verification the download button will appear.
  3. Click the "Download" button.  CHOOSE "Save" if prompted. 

Note: The email with receipt and re-download URL are sent to the email address you supply during checkout.

If, within 120 days, you need to re-download and have lost the email or need assistance, one of our trained representatives will be happy to send you a copy of your purchase via email attachment.  Just send an email with your name (name on order), order# (if known) and billing zip code to:
