You can re-download any documents you've already purchased for 120 days, free of charge. If you have cookies turned on in your browser or have a Yahoo! ID, you can click the following "Show My Orders" link to display your most recent order from NUPPLegal®. If you have multiple orders, you will be given the opportunity to retrieve all orders you have placed through NUPPLegal.com. Simply click the order and you will be taken to a copy of your receipt and "Download" button. Click the "Download" button to retrieve another copy of your product. Note: You may be asked for your credit card number for verification purposes but you will not be recharged. It is for security purposes only. After verification you will be returned to your receipt where you need only click the "Download" button again. CHOOSE "Save" if prompted. If

NUPP® sends you an email containing a copy of your receipt and a re-download URL, i.e., re-download web address, within minutes after your purchase (we suggest you save the email for future downloads). Within the email, Immediately after the sentence "You can always find out the current status of your order by going to..", you will find your re-download URL, i.e., re-download web address (the web address/location where you will find another copy of your receipt and download button. It starts with http:). If it is a hyperlink (clickable link), just click it. If you are using certain ISPs, such as AOL, it may not actually be a hyperlink. In this event, just copy (start from http: and copy the entire line) and paste it into the address bar of your browser and hit "Enter". You will be taken to a copy of your receipt and "Download" button. Note: You may be asked for your credit card number for verification purposes but you will not be recharged. It is for security purposes only. After verification you will be returned to your receipt where you need only click the "Download" button again. CHOOSE "Save" if prompted.
