Seller's revocation or Seller's submitted counteroffer to Buyer. Documents and effectively ends negotiations. This may be in response to Buyer's delay in response to counteroffer. Our Counteroffer Form provides a deadline by which Buyer must accept, however, this form can be used as further documentation if Seller used a counteroffer without a response covenant. In any event, further documentation helps clear potential challenges as Seller considers and/or accepts another offer.
