   Inspection Checklist

  • Used to establish condition of premises before and after term of lease.  Also contains a work area for cost of repairs, etc and deduction of these expenses from security deposits.

   Assignment of Lease Agreement

  •  used to assign lease to another party if allowed by lease provisions.

   Permission to Sublet Agreement

  • To allow tenant to sublet.

   Extension of Lease Agreement

  • Used to extend lease and provisions past initial term.  Rent of any other provision may be adjusted within the extension with all other provisions contained in the original lease left in place.

   Lease Violation Notice

  • Notifies tenant of a lease violation(s), provides a time frame for tenant to become compliant and serves notice that landlord will undertake actions to correct the violations on tenant's behalf and expense if not corrected in the stated time frame.

   Notice to Pay Rent of Quit

  • Notifies tenant to pay rent or landlord will institute proceedings to take back premises.  Usually given a couple of days after Lease Violation Notice.

  Lead Paint Disclosure Form

  • Required before renting, buying, or renovating pre-1978 housing.

  Lead Paint Pamphlet

  • Must be provided to renters or buyers of pre-1978 housing before renovations.
